Please review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) thoroughly It is basically a legal contract between the user and the Glorious IT By electronically accepting (for example, by clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, the User agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, he/she may not use the Services

Modification, Modification of Terms:

These terms may be updated from time to time due to future necessity. User should agree to visit this page and review our terms and conditions regularly. Continued access or use of the Service means that the User agrees to the changes

Description of Services:

We provide a complete business management software to businessmen with various services such as inventory management, invoicing, business account reporting, order management. Anyone can easily use this software to run their own business or company business. Anyone can download the Glorious IT app from the Google Play Store. Users can use the app without an internet connection, but the user is responsible for the internet access and devices required to use the software. (Special Note: Glorious IT makes every effort to make businesses as compliant as possible with VAT, Tax and other laws. Digi Cashier is in no way responsible for compliance violations caused by software)

Business Data Privacy:

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his username, password and other confidential information. He is responsible for all activities that occur on his user account and should report any unauthorized access to the account or suspect it to us immediately by email at info@gloriousit.com or by calling +8801724721000. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the user or any third party resulting from any unauthorized access or use of the user’s account. We are not responsible for any data loss as necessary backups of data are solely the responsibility of the user. Glorious IT is not responsible for data inconsistencies or software problems and is not responsible for any damages caused thereto.

Data ownership

Users own the data they create or store because we respect their rights to own content they create or store. Users’ acceptance of the service does not authorize Glorious IT to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute their data for its own purposes. Glorious IT makes every effort to keep users data secure but the company is not responsible for any data leakage. Although till now our data security record is 100%.

Alerts, messages and software upgrade approvals

In addition to the general terms and conditions of Glorious IT, a user agrees to be bound by the following terms: User agrees to receive upgradation, transaction and commercial communications from Glorious IT through calls, emails, SMS or push notifications.

Pricing

In Enterprise package, user can generate up to 5000 invoices per month, monthly subscription fee of Rs.2000/-. If a user requires more invoice bill than this, the user will have to pay additional fee to increase the invoice amount with the system and the user can consult our marketing team in this regard.

Non-transferability Policy:

As per the Glorious IT Subscription Policy, Users agree that Subscriptions and associated Accounts are non-transferable. That is, the user may not sell, transfer or assign their account to any other person, entity or third party. Because this exposes customers to data security risks and this task is complete.

Therefore, actions against violations of this policy include but are not limited to:

  1. User subscriptions and subordinate accounts will be blocked.
  2. Digi Cashier does not guarantee customer data security.
  3. Subscription payments are non-refundable.
  4. Even legal action may be taken.
