7 (Seven) days 100% money back guarantee applies only to Ready-made Software (Pre-built Software). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Customized Software:

Refunds do not apply to any customized software solutions. Once development or customization work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Software Training & Support:

Software training and support services charge non-refundable.

Monthly License Subscription & Maintenance:

Monthly or annual maintenance fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Hardware & Electronic Devices:

Hardware and any electronic devices sold by Glorious IT are not returnable, but may be exchanged within three (3) days of delivery if found defective or malfunctioning.

Exchange requests must be supported with proper proof of purchase and subject to inspection by our technical team.

Domain & Hosting:

Domain registration and hosting charges are non-refundable.

Processing:
